1. Department of Organization - Administration:
a) Functions: The Organization and Administration Division has the function of advising and assisting the Head of the Committee in information, synthesis, and coordination of activities of the Committee according to the work program and plan; work within the agency, including organization of officers; administrative, clerical, archival reforms; emulation - reward; planning, finance, accounting, asset management, and administrative administration.
b) The organizational structure of the department includes: Head of Department; from 01 to 02 Deputy Heads of Departments, professional officers, and employees.
2. Operations Department:
a) Functions: The Operations Department has the function of advising and assisting the Head of the Department in managing activities in the field of science and technology; training hi-tech human resources in agriculture; production and business in agricultural zones.
b) The organizational structure of the department includes a Head of Department; from 01 to 02 Deputy Heads of Departments, and professional officers.
